After being kicked out a window, and falling to what should have been her death, Mary Walker’s mind fractures, creating several unwanted guests. Will she be able to regain control of your psyche, or will the alters take over?

A WORD FROM CHRIS

This short film was written and shot in under 24 hours. If you were expecting an action set piece, then check out one of my other shorts. I purposely kept this an extremely simple shoot because I wanted to let Shannon McDermott’s amazing talent as Mary, Typhoid Mary and Bloody Mary shine.

We had always discussed shooting something about this character, but unfortunately due to distance and scheduling, never got around to it, until now. And man, can Shannon chew scenery.

I’ve always been a fan of Typhoid Mary, and find it incredibly interesting that there have been zero fan related or official Typhoid Mary themed movies, apart from her appearance in the 2003 Elektra movie. This short marks Mary’s 3rd appearance in a Blinky Production, and to my knowledge, 4th appearance in anything outside of comics, which is a real shame. There is so much potential with this character and so many fun directions to take her in.

My ultimate goal in all of this is for Marvel and or Netflix to take notice and perhaps give Shannon McDermott a screen test for the next season of Jessica Jones or Daredevil.
