Comments: We see a bleak future or alternate time line here were Rita and a Ranger Lord Drakkon rule the world. Billy and Tommy find themselves here.
The Rangers are trying to figure things out. Without a recap of previous issues this issue is extremely hard to follow.
This future/alternate world is one you would not enjoy visiting. Things are not going as the Rangers would like. This is definitely not their finest hour.
The ending here is a cliffhanger of sorts. It will leave you waiting for the next issue.
“The Ongoing Adventures of Bulk & Skull” Bulk and Skull have a monster the Double-Disastron to use. I bet you never thought you would see a skateboarding monster or doing the Limbo. This is a weird story and with the Power Rangers showing up things are going to heat up, next issue.
