WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross has signed a new deal with WWE. He will reportedly return to TV at WrestleMania 33 this Sunday to call Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg for the WWE Universal Championship. The news was first reported by Pro Wrestling Sheet.

The new deal will see Ross call more matches after WrestleMania but there’s no word yet on how often he will appear. He will also be used for WWE Network projects.

The contract was offered and signed about 5 weeks ago, before the unexpected passing of JR’s wife Jan.
