- Phil Latter - Is a Canadian Comics Historian, and the First Comics News Canadian Bureau Chief. Phil Latter has collected, read and enjoyed comic books, collecting prolifically, his entire life. He says, "Comics keep me young at heart!" Phil's personal collection features over 70,000 comic books, (not a typo), mostly U.S. and Canadian comics; but further, comic books and related memorandum from all over the world, from the early 1920's right up to the present. Phil Latter is recognized as being one of the foremost world authorities on Johnston McCulley's Zorro; he is an artist & published writer, & he collects everything & everything to do with the character Zorro. Phil is always looking to buy or trade, for new and old Zorro memorabilia & paper ephemera.
